Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Emino Platforms LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, or resell the platform; attempt unauthorized access; or disrupt platform operations.
No Guarantee of Results
Emino Platforms LLC does not guarantee any business, financial, or performance outcomes.
Availability
Services may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at the Company's discretion, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to any claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida. You waive any right to jury trial or class action.
